Pediatric Anesthesia
Division Director
We anesthetized approximately 1000-1250 patients per year in only pediatric surgery and almost same number patients are anesthetized out of operation room. The patients’ ages range from premature infant to fourteen. We apply all invazive monitorization methods, if it is necessary. Postperative pain relief is obtained by us in all the patients. Postoperative pain management contains regional blockade and the other methods. The registers have worked pediatric anesthesia during their third years of training.
Cardiovascular Anesthesia
Division Director
Residents perform various anesthetics (opioid and inhalational anesthesia) on the cardiac surgical patients undergoing coronary bypass, valve replacement, and pediatric cardiac procedures (total correction, patch implantation). All patients are invasively monitored using pulmonary artery catheters.
Neuroanesthesia

Division Director
The essentials of this division are the management of intracranial pressure and cerebral blood flow, and prevention and management of intravenous air embolism. Residents manage patients undergoing craniotomies,and use brain protection technics during these surgical procedures.
Gynecology & Obstetrics
Division Director
During this rotation, residents perform epidural and spinal anesthetics, and general anesthetics for emergency cesarean sections, labor and gynecologic surgical procedures.
